Hoooray!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! It finally went through!
Anyone that knows us, knows that for nearly three years we've been trying to sell our condo after re-locating to Southern Utah. Several times it's fallen through and this past time it tried it's best to not work out, but it really finally worked out in our favor. We tried not to get our hopes up as it went further and further than any previous attempts, but it finally became real today when we got the payment in our account.
After so many times of almost selling and barely breaking even or even losing money, this one was worth it as we actually came away with a little bit of money. Not a lot, but enough to help pay down the credit card which has sustained us for the past three years. It will take a bit to get back on our feet, but not as long as it took to get is where we are today.
In hindsight, I really don't know how we've made it through the past three years financially, to say the least it's been a challenge and taken several miracles.
So, no more double house payments or double utility payments. Life for now will be a little bit, no make that a LOT easier.
